He is being charged with a felony for illegally having a gun when the rapper died. Lil Cam 5th is the stage name of 16-year-old Mob Ties Records member Joshua Cameron.

Last week, Houston police arrested Lil Cam 5th, who is thought to have killed Takeoff, a rapper from the group Migos. Lil Cam, whose real name is Joshua Cameron and who is 16 years old, is a member of J Prince Jr.’s Mob Ties Records. In an interesting turn of events, “Black Twitter” has said that he had something to do with Takeoff’s death.
Since he was caught on November 22, Lil Cam has been in the Harris County jail. After a video of him standing next to Takeoff went viral just before he was shot, the teen was thought to be the main suspect. But there was also a supposed death hoax that said Lil Cam was shot and killed by an unknown man in Houston on November 3. Now, the police have confirmed that Lil Camo has been locked up since last week.

Takeoff, whose real name was Kirsnick Khari Ball and was 28 years old, was shot and killed in a Houston bowling alley on November 1. Reports say that he was near Takeoff when he died and had a weapon that was against the law. Lil Cam was arrested in April on another felony charge, but he paid bail and was let go.
