On Sunday morning, Bay St. Louis Police Chief Toby Schwartz said that 19 year old Brand had been arrested and was being held in the Hancock County jail. All of the people who were hurt are teens, and their conditions are stable. Schwartz did not say who was shot or give any other information about the killing.

Yahoo News says that at 12:34 a.m. on Sunday, cops in Bay St. Louis went to a house on Old Blue Meadow Road. They found several people who had been shot and drove them to hospitals close in their own cars. All of the victims are students at Hancock High or Bay High, and they are between 15 and 18 years old.

Even though the cops got everyone to the hospital as soon as they could, two of the victims, ages 16 and 18, died. This despite being treated at University Medical Centre in New Orleans. Their names have not been made public.
