Harrison’s professional boxing record is currently at 29-3-1, which includes 21 knockout wins and three losses via knockout, and one title win and he has a net worth of $2 million.

Harrison was a pupil of Emanuel Steward, a hall-of-fame boxing trainer, and the great-grandson of Henry Hank, a boxer who scored 62 victories throughout a 19-year professional career. Ali Salaam, Harrison’s father, was a boxing professional.

Harrison, who received coaching from his father and Steward, won 75 of his 87 amateur contests. He won two Michigan Golden Gloves titles and advanced to the quarterfinals of the National Golden Gloves tournament.

In Hamburg, Germany, in July 2011, Harrison made his professional debut on the undercard of the heavyweight title match between Wladimir Klitschko and David Haye.

This was one of Klitschko’s trainer Steward’s last matches before the renowned coach passed away the following year.

All four of Harrison’s four-round victories to begin his professional career were through first-round knockout. Until to being stopped by Willie Nelson in the ninth round of their 2015 battle in Florida, Harrison had won 17 successive fights.

Harrison attempted to challenge Jarrett Hurd for the vacant IBF super-welterweight title in Alabama in February 2017 after three victories, but was unsuccessful. In the eighth round, he suffered another knockout.

A little under two years later, he took on Jermell Charlo for the WBC super-welterweight title. He won by unanimous decision, handing Charlo his only prior professional defeat.

Nearly precisely one year later, Charlo had his just desserts, but not until Harrison had shown exemplary bravery by surviving a knockdown in the second round before succumbing to another late in the fight, which was stopped in the eleventh.
