On July 9, a homeless guy trounced Kim Glass, an Olympic silver medallist from the 2008 Summer Games in Beijing. The guy struck Glass in the face with a metal item, breaking many bones in her face and causing an eye injury that required staples. Glass claimed that because she and a companion were leaving lunch, she observed a man holding something on the other end of the town. He called the thing a “pipe.”

Glass promised her fans that she will recuperate from her bruises despite the seriousness of the onslaught. She remarked, “For now it appears like my eyesight will be good, and the doctor did absolutely fantastic sutures.” As per the Press Association, a Local Police spokeswoman confirmed the homeless person as 51-year-old Semeon Tesfamariam. And stated that he had been detained on accusations of serious offense with a destructive device.

On Saturday, July 9, L.a. resident Benson Parks documented the attack’s actual aftermath on camera. In the video, her attacker is detained on a public street, and nearby, blood is seen splattered. The instant after Glass was stabbed was caught on camera. Tesfanmarian has been seen being restrained by onlookers until police arrived to detain him in the footage.
The video also showed bystanders placing a handkerchief on Glass’s face. And next to her eyeball to prevent bleeding as she was caught shouting in pain. The crime scene included many traces of blood, spilled remnants, and what seems to be a bag.
Parks said on his Instagram post, “I was munching and overheard a lady crying, so I rushed out of my vehicle and a guy claimed he harmed her, I’m such as who he gestured and friend was going to get away so I followed his b**** a** back and hauled him back, and stomped his face 1 time.”
