A meme of Mary Kate Cornett was allegedly created after the claim went widespread on social media. After X user @MAGAgeddon posted a purported screenshot of a Snapchat communication detailing what Cornett allegedly done, the story went viral.

The message stated that she had completed her exams and taken an early holiday. Then, with Evan’s father in tow, she escorted her boyfriend Evan’s younger sister to a basketball game. According to reports, after dropping off the youngster, Evan’s father and Cornett went out for drinks.
“They went to like dinner and drinks and was like buying her drinks and stuff and then they like got with each other or something. And then, um, that was like the 1st time,” the Snapchat message read.
These unconfirmed social media posts claim that Mary Kate Cornett had an affair with private banker Erik Solis. Although it appears that Solis’ LinkedIn page has been deleted, a screenshot circulating asserts that he was a graduate of the University of Texas and that he was employed at Comerica Bank.

There is hardly any information available publicly about her prior to the recent viral controversies. Mary has an Instagram account @marykate.cornett, where she has almost 4k followers and 40 posts. Following the recent scandals, Cornett reportedly set her Instagram account to private.

It’s unclear from the Snapchat screenshot how Evan learned about the alleged affair. Nevertheless, the posts stated that Cornett vowed never to do it again and that he was really sad to learn about it. According to the posts, even after Evan found out about the incident, Mary and he continued to be together.
Addressing Solis’ message, the Snapchat message read, “But the mom knows, but she’s not getting divorced fully because of Mary Cape, but because the dad is like cheated on her before, like multiple times. So that’s like, why? But so bad”.
Her boyfriend, Evan Solis, reportedly did not break up with her afterward, and the two remained together. A group of Twitter users called the “SEC Burnerverse” initially spread the story, comprised of college-age men at Southeastern Conference (SEC) schools using “burner” accounts and Snapchat messages were leaked by the group, which detailed Cornett’s and Solis’ purported encounter.
In a Snapchat message sent by an SEC student the sender claimed that the two purportedly slept in the son’s bed because the father said, “I wanna f*ck you where my son f*cks you”.
The boyfriend and his mom had found out about the situation and the affair which took place in Houston, Texas where Solis and Cornett are from.
A Snapchat message alleged that Mary Kate Cornett paid Evan Solis $150 on Venmo to not tell anyone about her cheating on him with two other men and Solis decided to still stay with Cornett.
