Towhid Hridoy career
Towhid Hridoy was included in Bangladesh’s squad for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup in December 2017. On February 5, 2018, he debuted on the List A for Shinepukur Cricket Club in the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League for the 2017–18 season.
After the 2018–19 Bangladesh Premier League draft, he was added to the Sylhet Sixers roster in October 2018. Hridoy hit 217 runs in December 2021, his first-ever double century in first-class cricket, during the 2021–22 Bangladesh Cricket League.
Hridoy’s run of 92 off 85 balls in March 2023 is the highest individual innings by a Bangladeshi batsman in his ODI debut. He was included in the Bangladesh One Day International (ODI) squad for their series against England in February 2023.
In the 2022 BPL, Hridoy played for Fortune Barishal. He was a regular scorer for the Sylhet Strikers in the next season, collecting 403 runs at bat and five half-centuries.

Towhid Hridoy joined the Jaffna Kings of the Lanka Premier League in 2023, and in his first game, he struck 54 off just 39 balls. Playing for the Comilla Victorians in the BPL, Hridoy scored his first T20 century against Durdanto Dhaka in February 2024. He helped his squad chase a target of 176 with a score of 108*(57).
