Daughter of famous Mollywood actor Krishna Kumar, Diya Krishna got married on Thursday with her longtime beau, Aswin Ganesh. Currently the talk of the town is Diya and Ashwinโs wedding, all of the fans are eagerly following their preparation and all the ritual going on through social media.
The ceremony marked the first wedding in the Krishna family. Diya was clicked in a stunning polished rose gold/ivory saree which is designed by Mloft by Joel Jacob Mathew, redolent of Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt’s iconic style. Ashwin complemented Diyaโs look with a matching mundu. The coupleโs dreamy wedding pictures have captivated the social media audience and fans.

The rituals started a week prior with a sweet bridal shower and ended with the mehndi ceremony. Diyaโs sisters Ahaana, Ishani, and Hansika were seen in appealing pastel pink dresses.
Aswin Ganesh works at Accenture as a software engineer since 2019. Aswin is a private person and doesnโt have any film background. Details about his family and early life are scarce.
He is an Application Development Analyst at Accenture since the last 4 years. For a fresher lpa is somehwere around Rs.3 lakhs but Aswin’s salary isn’t known. He has a brother named Chetan with the two having an age difference of 10 years. While Diya is close to Aswin’s mother, the names of his parents aren’t known.
Aswin went to the Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) and studied at the Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering which he joined in 2015.
“Chetan and I have an age difference of 10 years. Even though we have such a big age difference, we don’t call each other Chetan. We are like friends. I love Pulli very much. After a year, Pulli used to pay my college education and fees with the money he used to work. The same is true for my mother. It is a normal family. Ours is a very normal life. My father and mother also do business. My mother did a lot of hard work to teach us,” Aswin had revealed once while talking about his family in an interview.
While Aswin’s DOB isn’t known, he is aged between 25-27 years and was born on 8 April. Aswin is from Chennai and lives in Trivandrum.
Aswin Ganesh proposed to Diya Krishna on 23rd January, and Diya eagerly accepted his proposal. Since then, both of them were actively engaged in the planning of their wedding. Diya took charge of all arrangements, including selecting attire and jewellery alongside Aswin. The uo also participated in a traditional Thali Puja which was done at Aswinโs family temple in Nagercoil, with both the families.
