Team AID helping Arshia Joshi’s family
Among those offering assistance was Team AID, a US-based volunteer organization specializing in aiding individuals and families in crisis situations. Alongside their efforts to send Arshia’s remains to her family in Delhi, Team AID has been instrumental in facilitating the repatriation of the remains of other individuals to their loved ones in India.

The non-profit organization Team Aid has generously volunteered to help send Joshi’s mortal remains to her family in Delhi. Their focus lies in assisting members of the Indian community who face dire situations while traveling or living abroad, such as accidents, suicides, homicides, or the sudden death of loved ones.
In the past week, Team AID has helped send the bodies of five people back to India and organized three local funerals. Among these cases were two truck drivers who died in a New Mexico accident. Their bodies are being sent to Punjab. Also, a young truck driver who passed away in New Mexico will have his body sent to Amritsar.
