Anurradha Prasad was born in Patna, Bihar to Rt. Senior Advocate Thakur Prasad who was the chief advocate of the Patna High Court and Bimla Prasad. She grew up with her siblings Pratibha Prasad and Ravi Shankar Prasad who is a BJP politician and a member of Parliament from Patna Sahib Lok Sabha.
