Revanth Reddy is an Indian politician associated with the Indian National Congress Party. He has been in the news because he is the President of the Congress Party in Telangana.
His full name is Anumula Revanth Reddy. He was born on 8 November 1969 in Konda Reddy Pally, Mahboobnagar district, Andhra Pradesh (presently Nagarkurnool district, Telangana), India. His father’s name is Anumula Narsimha Reddy, and his mother’s name is Anumula Ramachandramma.
After completing his schooling, Revanth Reddy attended A. V. College of Osmania University, where he studied Bachelor of Arts.
He is married, and his wife’s name is Geetha, Jaipal Reddy’s niece. The couple also has one daughter. Revanth is currently 54 years old.

His career
Revanth Reddy started his political career as an ABVP member and triumphed in local body elections on his own. After joining the TDP, he won the assembly elections in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. After being ousted as Telangana’s TDP floor leader, he joined the Congress.
Despite a loss in 2018, he rose as a working president for the TPCC. He became the leader of the TPCC in mid-2021 after winning the Malkajgiri Lok Sabha seat in 2019. He is running in the forthcoming elections from Kodangal and Kamareddy.
