Following the incident, Siegart shared a video online which showed Messi trying to help her escape the guards.

A video of a young girl named Antonella invading the pitch mid-match to greet Lionel Messi and take a selfie has gone viral. Siegart shared a POV video after her encounter on her Instagram account, ‘@antonella.soccer,’ where she has over 7259 followers. Along with the video, she posted the caption:
Without a doubt the best day of my life! The day I could fulfill my dream, the day where many things happened so that everything could be achieved….”
According to Siegert, she had to jump almost 4 meters to get past the boundary of the stands before running off to meet her idol. The young girl called it the ‘best seconds’ of her life and thanked the star for agreeing to it. In the video, viewers can overhear Lionel Messi saying,
Run, run quickly, before security catches you.”
Sadly, for Siegert, 5-6 guards alongside Messi’s renowned bodyguard, Yassine Cheuko, immediately came and apprehended her.

According to reports, Siegart is also a soccer player herself and plays as a striker for Nona FC. The youngster has even represented the team in the Easter Cup as well as in the USL academy.
In fact, she won the Golden Boot in the under-13 Girls Elite during the 2024 USL Academy Cup. The young girl, became an overnight sensation after breaching the security at Chase Stadium to meet Messi in person. Notably, Siegart shares the same first name as Lionel Messi’s wife, Antonella Roccuzzo.
