Jakkaphong Jakrajutatip, often known as “Andrew” or “Phong,” is her actual name. She was also known by the informal name Anne JKN. Her parents are of Thai and Chinese descent. Her father’s name is Ashira Suthisataporn, and her mother’s name is Ampai Jakrajutatip. She has an estranged younger brother named Jatuphon “Joe” Suthisataporn and a younger sister named Pimuma “Dao” Jakrajutatip.
She did her schooling at Assumption College in Thailand. Later, she pursued higher education in Queensland, Australia, where she majored in international relations at Bond University. Later, she graduated from the Thai Institute of Directors Association’s Director Accreditation Program and received a diploma in real estate development from Chulalongkorn University.
