As per various reports, Illia Yefimchyk, passed away following a heart attack, despite the efforts of his wife Anna to save him with CPR and emergency airlift to the hospital.
Reports reveals that on September 11, his condition worsened, and his brain activity ceased, resulting to his untimely passing.

About Illia Yefimchyk
For the unfamiliar, age 36 Yefimchyk, also known as ‘Golem,’ was born in 1987, rose to fame due to his remarkable physical transformer and passion for bodybuilding.
Although, the Belarusian bodybuilder never competed professionally, he built a large social media following by sharing his intense workout and disciplined lifestyle.
Illia Yefimchyk, who was affectionately called “The Mutant,” by his fans, pushed the boundaries of fitness as he reportedly consumed 16,500 calories a day to maintain his enormous build.
As per media reports, his diet included consuming a 2.5-kilogram steak and 108 pieces of sushi daily.
Stood at 6 feet and 1 inch tall, Yefimchyk had a weight of 340 pounds, and had a chest measurement of 61 inches, and biceps measurement of 25 inches at his peak.
Illia, as a teenager, weighed 70 kilograms (150 lbs), struggled with basic exercises and physical tasks. However, taking inspiration from bodybuilding legends like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone, he began his intense training and a trict regiment to evolved into a fitness icon.
His wife, Anna, expressed her appreciation for the overwhelming support she received following his death, stating, “It’s very heartwarming to know that I’m not alone, and so many people have reached out to help.”
Yefimchyk’s wife revealed that she spent beside him everyday hoping for his full recovery, but the doctor gave her a sad news. She said, “I spent every day by his side, hoping, and his heart started beating again for two days, but the doctor gave me the terrible news that his brain had died. I thank everyone for their condolences. It’s very heartwarming to realize that I am not left alone in this world, and so many people have offered me help and support.”
While nothing much is known about Anna, she was believed to be aged between 30-35 years and didn’t have any children. Her husband Illia had a net worth of $1-2 million.
