Andrew McDonald was a cricket player for the Victoria and South Australia teams. Against South Africa, he played his first Test match in Sydney on January 3, 2009. Along with playing for the Prime Minister’s XI, McDonald represented Australia at the under-19 level.
In October and November of 2012, McDonald captained the Australian A XI during their match against South Africa.
