New revelations suggest Achraf Hakimi was allegedly the target of extortion and a planned robbery by his accuser, age 26 Amelie.
Le Parisien revealed that the Nanterre prosecutor’s office has just requested the indictment of the PSG player before the Hauts-de-Seine departmental criminal court to be tried for r*pe. “These requests are incomprehensible and senseless in light of the elements of the case and it establishes the plaintiff’s lies, in particular through the psychological assessments conducted on her.

Earlier, reports emerged online suggesting that on Friday, the French prosecutor called the 26-year-old footballer to face a trial for the alleged r*pe of a woman in 2023, which reportedly the player denies, as he maintains his innocence.
Amelie was allegedly s*xually assaulted by the Moroccan at his residence in the Boulogne-Billancourt suburb of Paris. On February 25, 2023, Hakimi’s wife and children left for a holiday and Hakimi paid for the survivor to come and visit him after the two had been in touch on Instagram for over a month and the footballer reportedly paid for the taxi she took. She told the police that Hakimi kissed her without her permission repeatedly at the apartment before making physical advances and despite her attempts to make him stop, Hakimi r*ped her that night.
Not much is known about Amelie at the moment apart from the fact that she’s aged 26 and had met Hakimi in his Paris house after the two met on Instagram. Hakimi could face upto 15 years in prison if found guilty of r*pe.

As per media reports, the French prosecutor office on Saturday, August 1, requested the investigating judge to refer the r*pe charges to a criminal court. Though, the PSG’s defender has been continuously denying the allegations, now new rumours are swirling around the internet as reports claim that Kylian Mbappe has come forward to support Hakimi in the wake of the scandal.
In the Hakimi case, the authorities have also found highly incriminating messages between the accuser, age Spaniard Amélie and her friend Nadia, revealing an attempt to cover up extortion of the player.
Amelie meanwhile believes she had, however, explained to the player that she did not want to do anything that evening. “I asked him to stop several times. I took his head with my hand, trying to immobilize him. I told him: I’m the one who decides whether I want to or not.” “I told him: I told you no, so it’s no,” the complainant explained to investigators, specifying that Achraf Hakimi was more “forceful” than “violent . “
During the questioning, the police discovered exchanges on Nadia’s phone that Amélie had not provided, including one at 12:48 AM: “Ah, I’m possessed lol.” Nadia advises her to adopt a “femme fatale mode,” “to try to get the codes,” and sends a disturbing message: “we’re gonna go rob him”; “we’re tough chicks from the streets.” She also recommends listening to “À l’abri” by Fresh la peufra, whose lyrics say: “I had no choice, but to take this risk to keep the fam safe.”

Amélie waits downstairs from the residence without giving the address to the Uber, before writing at 1:15 AM: “I’m gonna screw him,” just before the meeting with Hakimi. Later, Nadia asks which messages were shown to the police, suggesting some be deleted and when facing the investigators, they downplay it, talking about “jokes” and “dark humor,” with Amélie claiming she was laughing to de-stress.
Amelie exposed herself in very little clothing on her public Instagram account but pleaded shyness during her complaint against Hakimi. She appeared to be an experienced woman and familiar with this type of encounter, but told investigators that she was in a relationship for three years with the same man and has not had any other relationships
Mbappe meanhwile revealed that the evening when the alleged incident took place, he was with the right-back.
What Did Kylian Mbappe Reveal?
Reportedly, Mbappe revealed that the evening of the incident, they went to a restaurant. At the time, Achraf Hakimi wasn’t well. In his word, Mbappe said, “Achraf completely broke down, he cried. He really wasn’t well.”
Furthermore, Mbappe allegedly added that there had been mutual caresses on the private parts and that there wasn’t any refusal from this woman. Reportedly, he also revealed that the two hadn’t slept together, while additionally claiming that it’s a topic they discuss daily and “are very vigilant,” about it.

In addition, the 26-year-old French national also vouched for Achraf Hakimi’s character and conduct.
“Achraf Hakimi is respectful with women. Even when drunk, I have never seen him behave inappropriately (…) Even when I was not present at certain scenes, I never received feedback from friends telling me that Achraf had behaved badly or that he had crossed the line,” Mbappe said.
What the Woman Claim?
For context, the woman-in question stated that she had travelled to the footballer’s home in a taxi paid by him, and that after her arrival, the player started kissing her and making advances, before r*ping her.
Furthermore, she alleged that, she managed to break free and texted a friend, who came to pick her up. Following the encounter, the woman straightly went to a police station and filed a complaint. Although, reportedly, she refused to make a formal complaint, however, prosecutor decided to press charges against the PSG’s player.
Meanwhile, reports claims that there are inconsistencies in the plaintiff’s complaint, as in the beginning she alleged that the player made advances and tried to force himself on her, and she managed to message her friend.
However, a detailed observation of their text exchange reveals that the two were planning to “rob him,” as their message history reveals one of the messages sent by her friend, “Try to pick up the codes and everything, we’re going to rob him.”
Just before entering Hakimi’s home while his estranged wife and kids were on vacation in Dubai, the Amelie messaged: “I’m going to f*ck him,” followed by “So my thing.”
Text messages continued to read: “it’s very serious” (1:50); “I’m coming home, it’s very serious” (2:18); “I beg you, hurry up, it’s very serious, he’s r*ping me, my mother’s life”; “I can’t leave” (2h22).
It was while interviewing her friend that the investigators discovered the messages hidden by the complainant, as revealed by L’Équipe, 12:48 a.m.: “Ah, I’ve got the demon, lol,” the complainant wrote to her friend. Her friend advised her to listen to “À l’abri” by rapper Fresh la Peufra, which began with: “I had no choice, but to take this risk to protect the miff (the family)” and recommended that she arrive “femme fatale style. ” “Try to pick up the codes and everything, we’re going to rob him”; “we’re chicks from the cailler (the calle, the street in Spanish).” A few minutes later, her friend continued: “It must be his bachelor pad, I don’t think it’s his place,” before the complainant wrote to her friend, “I’m going to f*ck him” just before going home and seeing him. “So my thing,” she then said to her friend. “Lol, you dirty wh*re ,” her friend replied. “He wants to f*ck me,” the complainant said to her friend a few hours before meeting him. “What do you want from me? With a smiley to lighten the mood. And a line like: you’re not a wh*re. Sorry, you have to go straight in my opinion. But in a cute way. Imagine, you see it. Boom. After 3 times he falls in love. We don’t know,” her friend replied. Messages deliberately hidden by the complainant, as other text messages at the time of the investigation suggest. “What messages did she show the cops to see if I can delete some of them?” she said to her friend before explaining to the police that these messages were dark humor.
When questioned by the authorities about the exchange, Amelie dismissed them as “dark humor.”
