He was arrested over the weekend for allegedly breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s apartment and stealing her cell phone while holding a gun.
As the charges against Alyn Breed are classified as felonies, they will be heard in the Superior Court, and hence he did not enter a plea during his arraignment in the District Court. However, his lawyer stated to the press after the hearing that they were eager to demonstrate his client’s innocence.
