The promising young football player’s body was found near the Spanish train station which was last seen four days earlier. The body of 18-year-old Alvaro Prieto was found late on Monday, according to Cordoba FC, a third-tier Spanish team, as per a report by Daily Mail suggests. He was in the same clothes he wore the time he disappeared.

Alvaro Prieto was a rising footballer who was just 18 years old. The Spnaish player was from Cordoba who played youth football for Cordoba FC. He was an engineering student.
What is the cause of Alvaro Prieto’s death?
His mother, Julia Lopez, voiced her concerns over the weekend in a radio interview, fearing the worst that Alvaro might have been run over by a train.
After spending the night out with friends, Alvaro Prieto did not make it home by train from Santa Justa station in Sevilla, and he went missing last Thursday. As per a report by Olive Press, the youngster couldn’t catch his train which was scheduled for 7.20 am. It was also reported that his phone battery went off and it ran out of battery.
Alvaro later tried to catch the next train scheduled for 8:55 a.m. however, he failed as he couldn’t show the tickets for it and was denied entry by the security officers.
His body was discovered between two train cars on Monday morning during a live RTVE broadcast, following a day-long police search that included sniffing dogs. There is no information about the cause of his death exactly, as of now.
He was last seen at the Santa Justa train station after which, he was not allowed to enter the train as he failed to verify the tickets to the guards. Meanwhile, the body was found on a train that was being serviced on Monday, according to Spanish train operator Renfe. The train had not been in service since August.
