Cardi’s recently posted a photo, which portray Marge Simpson wearing a dress cut out on the backside, exposing her butt. Although it is evident that the singer/rapper used a picture of Palombo’s art, she did not give him any credit.

Cardi instead mentioned French designer Thierry Mugler in the caption, whose dress originally inspired Palombo’s work.

Palombo Reached Out To Cardi B

Palombo posted on Instagram sharing how he reached out to Cardi regarding the post but did not get any answer. He wrote on his Instagram post that:

Palombo’s lawyer Claudio Volpi revealed that Cardi B defied “the most elementary rules on copyright and Instagram policies” when she used Palombo’s art without giving him any credit.

Meanwhile, Volpi also added how Cardi’s two other team members also proceeded to post the image, performing the same violations.

Since Cardi and her friends did not reply to Palombi’s initial request, Volpi had to sent a formal notice. The notice stated that Palombi and his team could take up legal action against Cardi and her team if they continue refusing to acknowledge their rightful demands.
