Alexa Bartell, a citizen of Colorado, was murdered on Wednesday, April 19, in a strange accident when a rock was thrown at her driving automobile. The neighborhood police force is investigating her death and a string of Wednesday night occurrences that are related to her.

In connection with the rock-throwing incidents from last week that murdered 20-year-old Bartell and wounded others, three individuals were detained overnight in Arvada. Zachary Kwak, Nicholas “Mitch” Karol-Chik, and Joseph Koenig were detained at their residences.

Recently, it was revealed that Joseph Koenig, one of the murderers, was reportedly known for his “destructive behavior” and for “causing chaos.” In addition to this, he also shared a horrific image on social media in December showing a motorcycle with the sticker “JUST KILLED A WOMAN… FEELING GOOD” on it.

Who was Alexa Bartell?

Alexa Bartell was a Colorado resident who passed away recently in a strange occurrence when three teens threw rocks at her car.

She was born on November 23, 2002, in Arvada, Colorado. Her father’s name is Greg Bartell, whereas her mother’s name is Kelly Bartell. She also has a brother named Ryan Bartell. She loved to play basketball and listen to music.

She passed away on April 19, 2023. At the time of her death, she was just 20 years old.

How did she die?

On April 19, late at night, Alexa Bartell was murdered when a stone shattered her windshield while she was traveling on Indiana Street in the 10600 block, not far from the borders of Boulder and Jefferson counties. Her car drove off the road and into a field.

When she was hit, the conversation she was having on the phone with a friend came to a stop, and the phone went silent. Following that, Bartell’s friend found her phone in a field close to the road the 20-year-old was traveling on. Inside her car, she discovered a fatally wounded Alexa.
