Elon Musk, who bought X (previously Twitter) in October 2022, has about 220 million followers on the platform and Alessandra Basher is one among many fans of Musk
Being the inventor of SpaceX, the CEO of Tesla, and the head of DOGE, it is almost impossible for the CEO of X to not spend a lot of time on the site. Elon frequently reposts political stuff that either supports him or is far-right in tone.
Who is Alessandra Basher as her “We Thank You Elon Musk” Tesla song goes viral on Twitter/X and Instagram
Speaking about fanboy stuff, the DOGE CEO posted a video on March 23, 2025, shortly before 11 p.m., that is more akin to a love letter. The song, “We Thank You Elon Musk,” by Alessandra Basher enumerates the rocketman’s greatest achievements in the singer’s opinion.
The 46 year old mother from America writes about herself on X that she would like to be a stand-up comedienne.
Alessandra Basher, who describes herself as a stay-at-home mom and is an Elon Musk superfan, shared the video Sunday with her 5,600 followers on X, said she was compelled to write the song because of the “nonsense hate” Musk is receiving for his leading role in gutting the federal government on behalf of the Trump administration.

Alessandra Basher is the woman who wrote and recorded the song and its accompanying music video.
Sporting a bad wig, cowboy hat, and a t-shirt that reads “The Dogefather” with a pic of Elon, Alessandra spends nearly three minutes obsessing over the Tesla king. She begins by saying that Elon gave us fast cars and rockets built to blast. According to media reports, “SpaceX’s giant Starship rocket has launched twice this year, and twice, it has blown up.” So, that kind of blast?
Alessandra Basher praises Elon for “taking over Twitter’s reign” and “eliminating woke pain” while playing video of with what looks to be tears in his eyes. She is appreciative that he preserved free speech for everyone, in her opinion. According to PBS, Elon started blocking the accounts of reporters who criticized him on the website two months after acquiring X.

Of course, it would be impossible to write a strange love ballad about Elon without bringing up Tesla’s autonomous vehicles. There is a Wikipedia page dedicated to Tesla autopilot accidents because the list is so long. Elon, thank you! “He’s got a master plan for our lives,” Alessandra explains.
As Alessandra Basher praises Elon for having children in order to sustain humanity, the song’s absurdity only become stronger. Regretfully, it appears that Elon has no contact at all, let alone a positive one, with the majority of his children.
Neuralink, tunnels, living on Mars, and DOGE all excite Alessandra. One of the best lines in a song that doesn’t seem to be satire is probably “One more kid, one more brand, launching rockets with one hand.”
