Aleeza Ben Shalom will be starring in Netflix’s series Jewish Matchmaking. This series will be streaming from the 3rd of May 2023. This series is based on the concept of the show Indian Matchmaking. People from a wide variety of Jewish backgrounds who are hailing from both the United States and Israel will be a part of the show.

Aleeza Ben Shalom is an experienced dating expert who has successfully paired more than 200 Jewish couples. She aims to help out people in finding their perfect match, which she believes, is the hardest thing to do in this whole world.
“Finding your partner is the hardest task to do in this entire world,” BenShalom said in the show’s trailer.
Ben is working with Jewish singles. This series will be featuring pairs from Orthodox Jewish families who observe the rules of neigah and secular U.S. Jews.
This amazing series will have 8 Episodes and it will be modeled on Indian Matchmaking which is all set to enter its third season. The show is currently popular among audiences. It has drawn criticism for the reinforcing religious and caste segregation in it.
Ben, who was raised secular and later became even more traditionally observant, hails from Israel. Ben shifted to Israel from the Philadelphia area. She launched a podcast which is named, The Yentas with two other Jewish matchmakers affiliated with Tribe12 a well-known Philadelphia organization working for Jewish young adults doing matchmaking service.
Aleeza also conducts workshops on relationships and love. Ben also has a YouTube channel where she posts motivational videos. She has also written a book named Virtual Dating.
About Jewish Matchmaking
Netflix has not shared much about its upcoming show Jewish Matchmaking. It will be based on the concept of its 2020 show Indian Matchmaking where Indians were paired by an Indian matchmaker. This show will air on 3 May 2023 on Netflix.
