Cook was shot by Alan Colie, a delivery driver from Leesburg, Virginia, in the Dulles Town Center Mall in Sterling, Virginia, while one of his videos was being filmed there. The altercation unfolded rapidly, lasting no more than 30 seconds. Colie, 21, was picking up a food order when Cook, 21, approached him.
