Deepak Kumar, the driver of the Lamborghini was arrested after the accident
According to police, two males were hurt in an accident on Sunday night in Sector 94 of Noida when a Lamborghini Huracan, which belonged to a social media content creator, lost control and struck them.
The driver who was taken into police custody was charged with reckless driving and inflicting harm at the Sector 126 police station.

The victims in the Lamborghini Huracan accident were identified as Chhattisgarh locals Ravidas and Rambhu Kumar, both in their 30s. According to the authorities, their condition is stable.
The Lamborghini involved in the collision has been confiscated by authorities, and they are pursuing additional legal action. During the test drive, Deepak was operating the vehicle, which was registered in Mridul Tiwari’s name, when the collision occurred. According to witnesses, Deepak Kumar who is a car dealer and was driving the car lost control of the opulent car, causing it to collide with the two employees who were seated on the sidewalk. Mridul Tiwari bought this car in 2023 from Fusion Cars.

The Noida Police have now added the name of the man who was riding the Lamborghini in Noida that ran over two people. Earlier the FIR initially registered in connection with the Lamborghini crash in Noida did not mention the driver’s name and the Noida police claimed that the complainant was not aware of the driver’s identity and address. The driver Deepak had been arrested right after the crash and police from Sector 126 station took Deepak into custody and registered an FIR under sections 281 (rash driving) and 125(a) (causing hurt by an act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) along with seizing the car.

The car was being test driven by Deepak Kumar, a car dealer from Ajmer police said Deepak had come to Noida to evaluate the performance of the Lamborghini, which is registered in Mridul’s name who lives in Supernova Sector 94.
At 5 pm , when Deepak was returning in the Lamborghini after a day of test driving, the Lamborghini Huracan reportedly veered off the road and ploughed into workers sitting on a pavement near an under-construction building.
Both the victims work as daily wagers. “Around 5pm, they were sitting on the footpath near Charkha roundabout when a speeding Lamborghini, driven by Deepak Kumar, a resident of Ajmer in Rajasthan, lost control and rammed into them,” said Noida ADCP Sumit Shukla.
Both injured individuals in the Noida Lamborghini Huracan Ravidas and Rambhu sustained injuries to their legs and arms were hurried to a nearby hospital by locals. The ADCP stated, “They suffered fractures on their legs.” Locals can be seen questioning the driver, opening the car door, and accusing him of speeding in a video of the collision that went viral on social media.

Investigation
An investigation showed that Deepak, a car dealer, had travelled to Noida to test drive the vehicle registered in Pondicherry. The ADCP stated that Deepak had come to inspect the car’s condition since its owner, Mridul Tiwari, a Noida resident and YouTuber with over 18 million subscribers, was selling it. The police are trying to find out if Tiwari bought the car from someone else or if he is the original owner.
The matter is currently being investigated further. According to reports, the accused is involved in the purchase and sale of automobiles.
On social media, a video of the incident is being shared.
When the people in the video ordered the driver to exit his car, Deepak can be heard asking, “Did anyone die?” The owner of this car is a well-known influencer and YouTuber Mridul Tiwari. The YouTuber has not given any statement on this incident yet.
