Christopher and his wife Neda were among 22 others partying on the Bayesian yacht of British tech tycoon billionaire Mike Lynch before the boat suffered a tragic accident. The group were celebrating Lynchโs June 6 acquittal, when the Bayesian superyacht suddenly capsized along the coast of Sicily on Monday.
Out of the 22 people aboard the luxury vessel, officials managed to rescue fifteen people while one body was found. Chrisotpher and his wife are currently among the six who are still unaccounted.

Christopher Morvillo is a New York City lawyer who is a partner at the Clifford Chance firm. Morvillo is currently 59 years old has several residences located across New York City and South Kent. He is regarded as an elite defense attorney who specializes mainly in fraud and corruption cases. His father, Robert Morvillo, also worked as a lawyer that represented several high-profile clients, which include Martha Stewart.

Christopher Morvillo attended Villanova University, from 1983-1987 and graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He later attended Fordham University School of Law from 1989-1992, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor, Doctor of Jurisprudence.

Christopher Morvillo works as a partner at a prestigious law firm called Clifford Chance, based in New York City. He previously worked as a federal prosecutor who notably worked on the investigation of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. He currently specializes in cases that involve insider trading and corporate fraud. Morvillo recently represented British tech tycoon billionaire Mike Lynch, in a case where he got charged with fraud. Lynch was eventually acquitted of the fraud charges earlier this year.
