The Union Public Service Commission in India has recently announced the results of the Civil Service Examinations 2023 through its official website, upsc.gov.in. Candidates who appeared in the examination can view the complete list by visiting the website.
This year, 1016 candidates were nominated for appointment to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service, Indian Foreign Service, and Central Services Groups A and B.
The UPSC Civil Service Preliminary Examinations 2023 were conducted on May 28 while the UPSC Mains Examinations were conducted on September 15, 16, 17, 23, and 24, 2023. The final personality interview round took place in phases from January 2 to April 9, 2024.
Aditya Srivastava is a resident of Uttar Pradesh’s Lucknow. He is an IIT Kanpur gold medallist and pursued both his BTech and MTech from IIT Kanpur.
Currently, he is working as an under-training IPS officer in West Bengal and his father, Ajay Srivastava, works as an AAO in the Central Audit Department.
Aditya also has a younger sister who is preparing for civil exams in Delhi, and his mother, Abha Srivastava, is a homemaker. Aditya spent his childhood in the Mawaiya area of Lucknow and received his education at CMS Aliganj and after completing his 12th standard, he pursued a B.Tech degree from IIT Kanpur and also cleared the IPS exam and is now preparing for the IAS exam.
Aditya Srivastava attended CMS Lucknow’s Aliganj branch. He was a topper in class 12 and scored 95% in his board examinations. Before starting his preparation for UPCS, he worked for Goldman Sachs for almost fifteen months. He wanted to improve society and aspired to work at the grassroots level.
Each year, UPSC conducts the Civil Services Exam in three stages. These stages comprise of preliminary, main, and interview. Individuals for Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and Indian Police Service (IPS), among others are selected through the examination.
