Aditya Raj Saini was a state executive member of the Uttarakhand BJP’s OBC Morcha and was also part of the Uttarakhand Other Backward Classes Commission.

The mother of a 13-year-old girl who passed unexpectedly reported to the police on Tuesday that Aditya Raj Saini, a person the family knew, had taken her daughter away from their home in the Haridwar district’s Bahadarabad on June 23.
The police reported that the girl had vanished on Sunday. The BJP leader answered the family’s call on her cell phone and informed them that the girl was with him. The victim’s mother reported to the police that the phone was then turned off.
On Tuesday, the body of the kid was discovered by the road in the Bahadrabad region. Prior to her murder, her mother said that the BJP leader and his accomplice, Amir Saini, had gang r*ped her.
“Amit didn’t tell us that he needed her help. We trusted him because he was known to us. After my daughter didn’t return home late in the night, I called Amit and he said she would soon return home but she didn’t. We found her body along the Haridwar-New Delhi Highway the next day,” she said.
According to Swatantra Kumar Singh, superintendent of police in Haridwar there is tension in the village. In addition, they have opened an investigation in response to the complaint and are awaiting the post-mortem report.
Concerns have been expressed over Uttarakhand’s crimes against women as well as the state’s law and order situation.
