Amid speculations of his split from Indian tennis star Sania Mirza, former Pakistani captain Shoaib Malik announced on Saturday that he was married to actress Sana Javed via a social media post.

The Pakistani cricketer took over his official Instagram account and posted a few photos from his wedding to Sana. He captioned: “Alhamdulillah. And We created you in pairs.” This sudden announcement of his marriage has shocked the internet.
Sania and Malik got married in 2010 on April 12 in Hyderabad and the two welcomed a five year old son named Izhaan Mirza Malik in October 2018. None of them clearly talked about divorce before amid rumors however, Sania, who announced her retirement from tennis last year, sometimes used to post some cryptic posts on her Instagram stories and in in eif them, she mentioned, “Marriage is hard, Divorce is Hard, Choose your hard.”
Ahead of Sania, Malik was married to Ayesha Siddiqui and the two got divorced in the same month he married the Indian tennis star, on April 7, 2010.
Who is Sana Javed?
Sana Javed is famous actress of Pakistan who was born on 25 March, 1993 in Saudi Arabia.
She has done her primary education from Karachi Grammar School and graduated from Pakistan’s University of Karachi. She debuted on the small screen in 2012 in the well-liked series “Shehr-E-Zaat,” starring Mahira Khan. She later went on to make numerous film and television appearances.
She gained fame after playing the lead in the love drama Khaani, for which she was nominated for a Lux Style Award. Ruswai and Dunk, Javed’s socially conscious dramas, won her plaudits and the PISA Award for Best Actress Critics for the former.
Like Shoaib, who is now married for the third time, this is also not Sana’s first marriage. She was previously married as well.
In 2020, she was married to Pakistani musician Umair Jaswal. The two later parted ways last year on November 28.
Notably, Sana also changed her name to Sana Shoaib Malik in the bio section of her Instagram profile.
