A 63-year-old woman named Kristina Hirsch, is making headlines following her 2017 video surfaced online about Warren Beatty
In the video, the woman is seemed to be accusing Hollywood’s legendary actor Warren Beatty for raping her in 1973 when she was 14.

As per a report by the New York Post, Kristina seemed to be expressing in the video which was posted back in 2017 on YouTube that, “In 1973 I was a 14-year-old virgin and brought and introduced to Warren Beatty on the set of ‘Parallax View’ for the purposes of sexual pandering by an adult.”
In her video, she further went on to say that the actor has raped her while she continued, “Although it was a crime that Beatty was committing by raping me … having oral sex with me … and emotionally damaging me for the past 44 years.”
For those who aren’t familiar, let us tell you, the video was posted back on November 11, 2017 on YouTube. In her video, she uses the name Tina St Clair and claimed to be a Unitarian Church-ordained minister.
After resurfacing the video online, the woman has now filed a lawsuit against the 85-year-old actor on Monday.
In her lawsuit, she stated that the Bonnie and Clyde fame actor, “used his role, status, and power as a well-known Hollywood Star to gain access to, groom, manipulate, exploit, and coerce sexual contact from her over the course of several months,” when he was residing in Los Angeles I’m 1973.
Who’s Kristina Hirsch?
According to her IMDb page, Kristina, who’s an actress, is known for appearing in a cult Jamaican 1982 movie titled Countryman.
The actress married actor Hiram Keller back in 1981. However, after having a daughter, Serena, the couple went their separate ways in 1987.
Previously, the actress had made headlines when her video was first posted in 2017 and once again she is in headlines after she filed a lawsuit against Beatty.
As per the report by the Post, in her lawsuit, Kristina hasn’t mentioned the name of the actor, instead she has referred to him by his acting roles.
In her lawsuit she is alleging that Beatty has caused her to “suffer severe emotional, physical and psychological distress, including humiliation, shame, and guilt.”
In a recently resurfaced video, the actress seems to be making a plea to a CNN’s journalist, Anderson Cooper to publicize her story.
