It has been reported that Prabhas will be directing Hanu Raghavapudi’s next film, but everyone’s attention is on Iman Esmail, better known as Imanvi, who plays the female lead. A new face was cast as the lead, which was one of the major surprises when the film was released last week in Hyderabad with a lavish pooja ceremony.

Hanu is directing a period drama that Imanvi Esmail will star in. Mythri Movie Makers will be serving as the producer. Jaya Prada and Mithun Chakraborty are cast in significant roles.

Imanvi in an interview said, โGrowing up I wasnโt formally trained (in dancing). But my mom would show me Rekha ji, Madhuri (Dixit) ji, Vyjayanthimala ji, all these evergreen, beautiful actresses, and sheโd be like, look at their expressions. Look at how they move and the way they use classical movements in their choreography. I learnt by watching because of her.โ
