Nikita Singhania a native of Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh who was married to late Atul Subhash and with whom she had a four year old son. She is currently embroiled in a case involving the suicide of his husband, with whom she had a rift. After returning to Jaunpur, Nikita filed a case of dowry harassment and domestic violence against her husband and in-laws.
Her mother is named Nisha and she has a brother Anurag as well with the family living in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. Her uncle is named Sushil Singhania.
While her age isn’t known, she is aged between 30-35 years while Atul was aged 34.
The Marathahalli police on Wednesday registered an FIR against 4 people in connection with Bengaluru-based AI engineer Atul Subhash’s suicide case on the complaint filed by Subhash’s brother Bikas Kumar against 4 people including the deceased techie’s wife Nikita Singhania.
The 4 people named in the FIR are Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania, brother Anurag Singhania, and uncle Sushil Singhania under sections 108 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

Nikita Singhania obtained her Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) (Information Technology) from 2011-2015 in Banasthali Vidyapith. She later attended the Jaipuria Institute of Management, where she obtained her Master of Business Administration in Finance from 2016-2018

Atul Subhash commits suicide
Bangalore Police recently found a man named Atul Subhash dead in his apartment after committing suicide. According to reports, the authorities found a 23-page suicide note alongside a one-and-a-half-hour-long video of himself. In his suicide note, Atul Subhash made some serious allegations against Jaunpur’s Principal Family Court Judge Rita Kaushik alongside his wife Nikita Singhania.
He also made allegations against his mother-in-law, Nisha Singhania, his brother-in-law Anurag Singhania, and his wife’s relative, Sushil Singhania. He mentioned that Nikita filed 6 cases in lower courts and 3 cases in the High Court.
In the video, Atul describes how the court has fixed 120 dates for him up until now. He reportedly had to go from Bangalore to Jaunpur 40 times, besides having his parents and brother visit the court. Atul further added how Nikita Singhania filed a case in 2022 against Atul’s family. She reportedly cited false allegations against his parents and brother of committing various crimes like murder, attempt to murder, unnatural sex, domestic violence, and taking dowry.

Atul stated how his wife often demanded strange methods for sexual satisfaction and demanded alimony of ₹2 lakh per month. Moreover, she kept the child away and never allowed them to meet him. Atul also alleged that he had to bribe the peon ₹3 lakh to get a date in the Jaunpur court. Atul also revealed that when he told the judge that his wife Nikita Singhania was provoking him to commit suicide, the judge simply laughed jokingly.
The Bangalore Police has since registered a case against Atul’s wife and her family on his brother’s complaint. According to the complaint, Nikita and her family fabricated false cases to get a settlement of ₹3 crore. in this matter and started an official investigation.
Nikita Singhania had an Instagram account with the handle @_nikita_singhania_, where she had around 819 followers and about 41 posts. Following the incident, she has deleted her Instagram account.
