His full name is Abdulrahman Ibrahim Al-Jassim. He was born October 14, 1987 in Qatar. He is the native of Al Markhiyah. He is currently living in Madinat Khalifah, Ad Dawḩah, Qatar.

FIFA has recognized Abdulrahman Al-Jassim as a full international referee in 2013.
