Former kickboxing champion Andrew Tate, who is famous or, as some would say, notorious, is making headway in his continuing court case, know his likely release date from jail
On December 29, 2022, he was taken into custody on suspicion of rape, human trafficking, and organised crime. Their problems, however, began in April of last year when two women came forward with some terrible accusations.
Who are the women who put Tristan and Andrew Tate in jail and their release date in 2023
Why Tate was detained?
The two ladies, one American and the other from Moldova, reportedly claimed that the Tate brothers withheld their money and had them create pornographic material. After the allegation, Romanian authorities searched Tate’s home and questioned the Tate brothers. In the end, it sparked a thorough investigation, which produced a conclusion in December 2022.
The names and identities of the two women aren’t known though.
The decision for the appeal for wether Andrew and Tristan Tate will be released has been delayed till tomorrow.

Tate wants to sue the complainers.
Fans are aware that Andrew and Tristan pled not guilty and rejected the accusations. It appears that Tate’s team will now take more legal action against women. Tate’s US attorney, Tina Glandian, recently revealed in a video that Tate would be bringing a civil lawsuit against one of the ladies, who was American.
There have recently been claims that Tate’s attorneys warned the women they would sue for $300 million and sent them a notice. Evidently, that is not the case; just a cease and desist letter was sent. Yet, there are intentions to take additional, more severe legal action against the women. Top G seems to be confident in his case and wants to hold the women accountable for allegedly framing him.
Recently, there were some leaked transcriptions that reportedly indicated that the women set Tate up. Unfortunately, there was no verification of the legitimacy of those photos. Thus, it will be intriguing to see how the legal case develops.
When will Andrew Tate be released from custody in Romania?
Fans of Andrew Tate just learned some extremely wonderful news from his US attorney, Tina Glandian. Fans are getting impatient and want to know when their hero will be released from prison after suffering through nearly 90 days of detention. As it turns out, Tate’s American background is coming to his rescue.
As his admirers are aware, Emory Tate, Andrew’s father, was a well-known American chess player. Tate was born in America even though he eventually moved to the UK. Because he is a dual citizen and reportedly, the American embassy has taken interest in the issue.
Tate won’t be released from prison until the end of April, but there is a remote chance that he might do so. According to Romanian law, a person cannot be detained for an extended period of time without sufficient justification.
If Tate’s attorneys are to be believed, DIICOT, a Romanian investigative organisation, lacks sufficient proof. Thus, if Tate’s legal team is unable to get him out of jail before then, he might be released from his present detention period. Yet, if it appears that Tate is not receiving adequate justice, the US embassy may become involved in the matter.
Andrew and Tristan will atleast till the 29th of March, 2023 in custody after his bail was denied on March 14 and his brother’s on March 15.
