Who are Tequan and Asia Hines couple who licked Blue Bunny ice cream in Virgina in viral video
The viral couple is from Portsmouth, Virginia. Hines and his partner, Asia, caused controversy last week when one of their videos went viral.
The duo can be seen at the beginning of the video strolling through the freezer section of a nearby supermarket. When he is certain that no one is looking, Tequan encourages Asia to crack open a tub of soft whip ice cream and lick the top.
Then, Tequan instructs Asia to carry it as he discreetly records her on his phone. “Let me try it.” He says softly in the background, “Let me taste it.” Asia shouts, “Hurry up, hurry up!” as she peers down the aisle, fearful that they may be captured. The woman then hurries to place the container back in the freezer because the two don’t intend to purchase the ice cream.
A 19-second video ends with Tequan and Asia hurrying off while attempting to contain their laughter.
The video has now been taken down from their Instagram account. The couple’s video was eventually posted on Twitter, where it attracted user outrage and garnered over three million views.
