Tragically, they succumbed to their injuries on their way to the hospital. Felix had previously worked with the victims at a different company.

Deputy Commissioner of Police-North East, Laxmi Prasad, confirmed the chilling details. In their own Pampanagar office, Felix and his unidentified accomplices ambushed the two leaders, attacking them with sharp weapons.
History of tensions culminate in tragedy for Phanindra and Vinu Kumar
According to police, the roots of this tragic event lay in a professional history marred by tension and resentment. Felix reportedly bore a grudge against Phanindra Subramanya, who had criticised his industry practices. Felix also held the belief that his company was suffering losses due to the success of Aeronics Internet Company, further fueling his resentment.
Before Phanindra and Vinu Kumar established the Aeronics Internet Company, they worked at another tech firm on Bannerghatta Road alongside Felix, their senior colleague. When they left, Felix perceived that a significant number of clients had shifted to their new venture, which added to his alleged motives.
Company MD Phanindra Subramanyam (36) and CEO Vinu Kumar (40) were murdered in their office, by three men, in Amrutahalli, off Ballari Road.
