Suicide Note Found?
They were found hanging from the ceiling using a saree, and the incident likely occurred between 11:20 PM and 12:30 AM on Tuesday. A note left at their residence indicates their deliberate decision to end their lives, prompting local authorities to initiate an investigation.
Leeladhar Shetty, affectionately known as Leelanna, was not only an LIC agent but also actively engaged in organizing cultural and educational events. The couple, recognized for their significant contributions across various fields, received numerous accolades for their societal endeavors.
Leeladhar Shetty’s involvement in temple renovations, coupled with his inclusive attitude towards all religions, had garnered widespread respect. The final rites for the couple are scheduled for 4 PM on Wednesday, as per family sources.
Police attribute family issues as the primary cause for the suicide, stating that the couple hung themselves in their bedroom.
Who was Kaup Leeladhar Shetty?
