Dal makhani

Kundan Lal Jaggi had experimented and also developed amazing and new dishes utilizing “maa ki dal” in response to consumer feedback. With a combination of tomatoes, butter, red kidney beans, and a few herbs and spices, he cooked black dal slowly over a tandoor for the entire night for a fantastic flavor. The creamy-textured, delicious dal was an outcome of this overnight simmering.

Being a vegetarian alternative to butter chicken, he introduced dal makhani. The mildly spiced pulse meal known as dal makhani is a meal that is created with dairy products and a variety of spices.
