In her lawsuit, Lackner claimed that a prenatal paternity test indicated a “greater than 99.9 percent probability” that 29-year-old Hill was the father of her child and she reportedly filed separate paperwork after the birth of her son, stating that Hill had requested a second DNA test before agreeing to pay her $2,500 per month in child support voluntarily.

In the second paternity lawsuit, Baker accused Hill of showing “utter and abject unconcern” for her six-month-old daughter, Trae Love Hill and she claimed that the child was conceived during her s*xual encounter with Hill in August 2022.

Brittany Lackner, 30, and Kimberly Baker, 29, allege that Hill has not adequately provided for their children and are seeking increased child support beyond the $2,500 per month he currently pays each of them.

Tyreek Hill Got Married

The ongoing lawsuits were filed independently in Broward County, Florida. Hill, a 29-year-old All-Pro NFL player, recently married Keeta Vaccaro in a Texas courthouse.

Lackner gave birth to her son, Soul Corazon Hill, on Feb. 7, 2023, and contends that a prenatal paternity test showed Hill as the father with over a 99.9% probability.

Hill Agreed to Pay Child Support

Lackner claims that Hill initially insisted on a second DNA test before voluntarily agreeing to the current child support amount, which she deems inadequate given Hill’s $30 million annual salary.

In a separate TikTok video, Lackner shared footage of her son wearing a Dolphins onesie with Hill’s name and jersey number, suggesting a connection between Hill and the child.

Women Filed Lawsuits

Hill filed a counter paternity petition in Kansas, expressing his willingness to fulfill parental duties and proposing joint custody arrangements. In the second paternity lawsuit, Kimberly Baker alleges that Hill has shown “utter and abject unconcern” for her six-month-old daughter, Trae Love Hill.

Baker claims the $2,500 monthly support is insufficient, citing costs of up to $10,000. Hill, in response, sought to dismiss Baker’s lawsuit, arguing that she lacked grounds to sue for paternity in Florida as she resides in Los Angeles.

Despite accepting DNA evidence of paternity, Hill contends that Baker’s location limits her standing. Tyreek Hill, traded to the Dolphins in March 2022, signed a lucrative four-year, $120 million extension, making him the highest-paid receiver in the NFL.

He currently pays $13,500 in child support for three children with his ex-fiancée, Crystal Espinal. Hill shared on his podcast that he plans to retire at the end of his current contract in 2025, at the age of 31.

Despite recent controversies, Hill has not addressed or commented on these reports, as well as the Dolphins have not commented on the situation.

Tyreek Hill’s recent marriage to Keeta Vaccaro was celebrated with a private ceremony, and the couple plans a small celebration with family in the near future.

Hill has emphasized privacy regarding his personal life with Vaccaro, expressing this sentiment on his podcast. Despite the ongoing legal matters, Hill, an MVP candidate, continues to focus on his career with the Miami Dolphins.
