He was caught as he was leaving the home he shares with his five wives in North Las Vegas. Reports say that Nathan Chasing Horse taught his five wives how to use guns and told them to “shoot it out” with police if they ever tried to “break their family apart.” If that didn’t work, the actor from “Dancing with Wolves” told them to take “suicide pills.”
The Associated Press said that during the raid, police found memory cards with videos of the sexual assaults, guns, 41 pounds of marijuana, and psilocybin mushrooms. The arrest report was released on February 1.
Chasing Horse is best known for playing the young Sioux tribe member “Smiles a Lot” in Kevin Costner’s Oscar-winning movie “Dances with Wolves.” Chasing Horse was known as a “medicine man” who helped heal people in tribes all over the United States and Canada. A 50-page search warrant said that Chasing Horse was also thought to be the leader of a cult called “The Circle.”

“Nathan Chasing Horse used spiritual traditions and their belief system as a tool to sexually assault young girls on numerous occasions.” says the warrant.
Nathan Chasing Horse abused very young girls
At least six girls from Montana, South Dakota, and Nevada, in which Chasing Horse has lived, have been named as possible victims of sexual abuse by the Las Vegas Police Department. The search warrant says that some of the people who were abused were as young as 13 at the time.

The warrant says that he recorded some sexual assaults. And took money from other men to set up sexual contact with the victims. The wrongdoings came to light when prosecutors around the country started to pay more attention to crimes against Indigenous women. Earlier, the police showed a picture of Chasing Horse. In which he was wearing a white T-shirt, glasses, and was covered in tattoos.
