WhatsApp Reactions: What will be different?
A response function has been added to WhatsApp. Users will be limited to six emoji expressions to respond to messages at first, including laugh, love, surprise, thanks, and sad. However, there is a potential that in the future, users will be allowed to utilize all of the emojis.
The rapid reply function will operate by long-pressing any chat, then selecting an emoji that matches the message’s topic and reacting instantaneously.
WhatsApp Reactions Feature: Steps to use WhatsApp Reactions?
- The user will need to open WhatsApp. And open the chat where they will like to use reactions for any message.
- Now, just press and hold on to the message received and want to react to.
- The user will now see a pop-up that will display the 6 emojis. They will be able to use to react to a particular message.
- To send the emoji reaction to the message, the user will have to select one of the 6 emojis in the pop-up menu.
