For the unversed, the video-sharing platform TikTok has been buzzing with a viral filter the “Tez Filter,” also called as the “Dhar Man 777 Filter,” that allows users to type specific codes to reveal  images.

As aforesaid, the Tez Filter aka the Dhar Man 777 Filter, is TikTok keyboard filter, which allows its users to type some specific codes to reveal images and videos.

For example, if a user types “pls,” into the Filter aka Dhar Man 777 Filter, it would display the Sophie Rain Spiderman video that went viral earlier. If a user types “tez,” into the filter, it would show the users a fake video of a naked Dhar Man humping the air.

After witnessing the viral videos of Tez filter, various users began using the spam comment “Type Tez Into the Tez Filter.” Now, these comments are spreading like a storm on the video-sharing app.

Origin

For the curious, the Dhar Man 777 filter on TikTok emerged in mid-2024. At first they looked, similar to other 777 filters of the video-sharing platform that bypassed the app’s moderation rules about nudity.

Although, there isn’t any certain information about the filters origin, however, various reports claims that the Dhar Man 777 filter was created on the platform in mid-2024.

Later, it was nicknamed Tez Filter because typing the word “tez” into the keyboard, as aforesaid, would displayed a fake video of a named Dhar Man humping the air.

First Tez Filter Video

The first known video using the said filter was posted by a TikTok user who goes by the name @neon.part4 on July 30th.

Joining in the trend, a TikTok user who goes by the name @matt.court on the platform, commented on the video by saying, “Type tez into the Tez Filter.” Now, the viral video has made its way to the other social media platforms.
