Except for the championship match, all 67 games from the Group Play and Knockout Rounds will be taken into account when calculating the regular-season standings.
There will be in-season tournament games every Friday and Tuesday through November, starting this Friday. When there are just four teams left, the semifinals and championship game (scheduled for December 7 and 9, respectively) will be moved to T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
During the group stage, each of the 30 NBA teams taking part will play four games in total. The top eight teams; three group winners and one wild card team from each conference; go to a single-elimination knockout stage after these intense encounters.
For teams that are eliminated before the title game or do not make it to the knockout stage, there is still plenty of action from December 4 to December 9.
