YouTube streamer Darren “IShowSpeed” upset several of his followers after providing a health update. The streamer, who is now in Japan, uploaded a short video captioned “i might die bye” to his YouTube website on July 28. When Darren said in the video that he had a severe headache, worries about his health surfaced and he appeared to be upset.

He mentioned having a thumping sensation in his head and said:
Right now, I have one of the worst experiences I am having right now. I can’t even open up my eyes. I have this thing called a cluster headache. A deadly headache disease. I can’t sleep, I can’t eat, I can’t do anything right now.”
He further said:
It hurts so bad, chat. It hurts so bad. I can’t do anything. It hurts. Everything I do, like, something pounding my head every time and I’m so angry. It hurts, like, even now it hurts. I can’t do sh*t. There’s no care to this. I love y’all, if anything happens.”

IShowSpeed’s health update: “No severe concern, but have to deal with the pain”
According to one of his verified fan channels on Twitter (@IShowSpeed_Live), IShowSpeed sought medical assistance after uploading the footage to his YouTube channel. The streamer has been told by local doctors in Japan that his health is not currently in danger, according to the post. But the fan channel warned that IShowSpeed might delay streaming until he gets back to the US.

Following this information, Darren Sr., the father of IShowSpeed, also posted on his social media pages to reassure his son’s supporters that he is doing fine. He stated:
I am just giving you guys an update on Junior. Junior is doing much better. He was just not feeling himself. We never say ‘sick,’ we just say he wasn’t feeling himself. He made sure that he got himself taken care of.”
He further thanked the fans of Speed for all the support and prayers.

The YouTuber did actually have a “really bad” sinus infection, Slipper responded after a short while. He predicted that the 18-year-old content creator will be OK after taking his prescribed medications and taking it easy for a few days.
