The Kiwis beat India and acquired the Champions title in the Ageas Bowl, Southampton. This was the first-ever World Championship title won by the New Zealand team, WTC final New Zealand celebrations were amazing. The team began their celebrations right after the big win in their changing room.

ICC announced this massive victory of the Kiwis on their official Instagram handle. Also, they shared a lot many highlights from the event. The inside dressing room scenes of New Zealand were also shared by ICC only. All Kiwi players were seen enjoying and overwhelmed.

This was another big defeat of India in an ICC game. Back in 2017, India lost the finals of the Champions Trophy and in 2019 India lost the semi-final. The semi-final of 2019 was lost by India under the captaincy of Virat Kohli so marking a victory in this season of WTC was quite important for Virat.
World Test Championship: India vs New Zealand
The New Zealand team was seen in full swing during WTC Final. Winning this world championship title was not at all easy for New Zealand as the weather conditions were quite annoying. Fortunately, the final day came with a little ray of hope as it was a sunny morning.
Williamson, Trent Bould, and Tim Southee were the key players who rocked the cricket pitch. Indian players also gave their best, Ajinkya Rahane was playing well but suddenly things took a wrong turn and he was turned down by the Kiwis. Many matches were called off this season specifically because of rain and harsh weather, definitely ICC needs to pull up the strings for the upcoming matches as making international matches suffer is not at all justifiable.
