During Thursday’s Premier League match between Chelsea and Fulham, the Chelsea supporters at Craven Cottage chanted “we want our Chelsea back” after their team was defeated by Fulham 2-1

The Blue have now suffered consecutive defeats for the third time in a row, having previously been defeated by Manchester City in both the Premier League and the FA Cup.

The last six matches that Chelsea has played, they have a record of four losses, one win, and one draw. They have accumulated 25 points thus far from a total of 18 games, which places them in the tenth spot in the league table; however, this position could shift as the game week continues, and Potter’s team could fall even lower in the standings.

As Chelsea’s injury woes continued, the club made the quick decision to begin the loan signing process for Joao Felix from the Spanish club Atletico Madrid. However, the 23-year-old showed some flashes of his talent before getting ejected for receiving a second yellow card for a challenge with raised studs. This led to his dismissal from the game.

The first goal for Fulham was scored by Willian, a winger who had played for Chelsea, while the second goal was scored by Carlos Vinicius, a player currently for Benfica who had previously played for Tottenham Hotspur while Jose Mourinho was their manager.

Fulham outperforms Liverpool

Kalidou Koulibaly scored the lone goal for Chelsea in the 47th minute of the match. As a result of Fulham’s outstanding performance in the league so far this year, the club has moved up to sixth place in the table after their victory at home. Fulham has moved up to second place in the rankings, passing Liverpool for the first time.

The West London team was without its top scorer Alexander Mitrovic, and they have been unsuccessful in all three matches that they have played without Mitrovic to this point. On Thursday, things turned out differently for them, as they were able to achieve a victory that was richly deserved by edging over their competitors from West London.
