According to the same report, Ariel Mitchell, an attorney based in South Florida, penned the demand letters that have been dispatched to McGregor, the NBA, and the Miami Heat. McGregor was present at Game 4 at the Kaseya Center, Miami, for a promotional appearance that involved a playful encounter with the Heat’s mascot.

Post-game events took a distressing turn as per the narrative laid out in Mitchell’s letters. The woman alleges that she was forcefully separated from her friend by arena security and pushed into a men’s restroom where McGregor and his security guard were waiting. She accuses McGregor of forcefully kissing her and attempting further assault.

However, the woman managed to defend herself, elbowing McGregor repeatedly, allowing her escape, leaving behind her purse in the process. Mitchell mentions that the woman recovered her purse only after pleading with McGregor’s security team.

While the woman has reported the alleged incident to local authorities, she does not wish to press charges. Instead, through her attorney, she seeks settlements with McGregor, the NBA, and the Miami Heat. Miami Police Department confirms that they’ve been conducting an ongoing investigation since Sunday.
