The confrontation originated from an ongoing verbal dispute between Guillermo-Diaz and the victim, fueled by her suspicion that he was showing interest in other women.

Unfortunately, the situation escalated when he tried to defuse tensions by leaving, but Guillermo Díaz physically assaulted him in their home driveway.
