In the exchange caught on video, Eagles fan Caldwell called Green Bay Packers fan Ally Keller an “ugly dumb c*nt” during Sunday’s NFC wild-card game between the Eagles and Packers at Lincoln Financial Field.
On social media, the fiance of Alexander Basara who was abused by ex-BCT Partners analyst Ryan recorded the conversation and shared it, and as of Tuesday, it had received over 26 million views.
“What it’s like going to Philly just trying to root for your team…,” Alexander Basara wrote in a post accompanying the video. “Unprovoked, uncalled for. Packers twitter, help me out and find this guy…. this is not okay. I hate that my fiance had this happen simply cheering for her team.”
Following an in-stadium announcement regarding the outcome of an official’s review, the 43-second video shows the Eagles fan bending down to shout an inaudible statement at Basara’s fiancé, who was dressed in Packers apparel. The Eagles supporter was admonished by Basara not to call his fiancé a d*mb c*nt which he then repeated to her.
“You going to do anything?” Ryan asks Basara. “Then shut up.”

The business condemned the conduct and stated that it has launched an inquiry “to determine what actions will be taken.” An email asking for more details was not immediately answered by a BCT Partners representative.
