Before the FA Cup match between Millwall and Leicester City, two supporters of the latter team made fun of the sad passing of the former chairman of the club.

On social media, a clip from Saturday’s match, which Leicester won 3-2, seemed to depict a number of Millwall supporters making ill-intentioned hand motions, alluding to the 2018 helicopter disaster that claimed Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha’s life. The previous owner of Leicester, purportedly died in a helicopter crash in 2018, and the supporters were making fun of his passing.

Shortly after the aircraft took off from the King Power Stadium pitch, the four other occupants of the aircraft, including the pilot, perished in the crash. The extremely skilled pilot of the Leonardo AW169 helicopter did not prevent the aircraft from falling to the ground shortly.

The aircraft reached a height of about 430 feet before it did. According to an official assessment, the chopper fell dangerously from 430 feet over a crowded public parking lot, spinning five times in less than 14 seconds.

After the video was shared on social media, stadium employees at the Den could be seen chatting with the two spectators. Two fans were arrested and taken out of the stadium after the incident, the Metropolitan Police confirmed to Mail Sport.

As per Daily Mail, the statement read:

Two men were detained and ejected from the ground.

Further was said:

They will each be summonsed for an offence under the Public Order Act.

‘Enquiries are ongoing to locate a third man in connection with the incident.”

Who were killed at the incident?

In October 2018, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, a billionaire from Thailand, and four other individuals perished in a helicopter crash that went out of control. The former Thai beauty queen Nursara Suknamai, Mr. Swaffer’s partner Izabela Lechowicz, Eric Swaffer, the pilot of the helicopter, and Kaveporn Punpare, who worked for the owner of Leicester City, were the other four fatalities.
