According to Nadu, information from police sources indicates that Carter was allegedly in a dispute, likely with his girlfriend, and attempted to leave the store with bags of unpaid groceries. Security intervened before he could exit, leading to a confrontation.

Are Thse Rumors True?

Nadu claims that the Eagles were notified and took steps to have the defensive tackle released. While the validity of this information remains questionable, the individual making the allegations has been scrutinized and questioned for credibility.

If there is any truth to the claims, it suggests that Carter may not have intended to shoplift but rather impulsively left the store in the midst of an emotionally charged situation without realizing the oversight.

Given Carter’s substantial contract, which pays him over $5 million annually, the notion of him resorting to shoplifting seems implausible.
