Tony Fergusen, who is a former UFC interim lightweight champion was arrested on Sunday for DUI in Hollywood, California after he crashed his truck into two cars that were parked outside a nightclub.

He has faced a misdemeanor DUI charge including many other potential charges as he refused for taking a field sobriety test.

In a video, the big truck of Tony Ferguson got flipped on one side with exploded airbags inside it, crushing a Mercedes and another car that were outside of Hollywood club, as reported by TMZ. The 39-year-old American fighter has been unharmed after the accident which took place happened before 2 am.
Police described Ferguson as “very uncooperative” when he was in custody. The car which crashed in the accident with a truck of Ferguson belongs to Cash Gotti, who is a known rapper who came out of the club and found that his Mercedes had been crushed by a truck.
Ferguson fought in 2022, where he was defeated by Nate Diaz in the 4th round by submission. During the fighting, Ferguson had a nasty gash on his leg.
Ferguson had five defeats, but he wasn’t ready to retire from his job, saying that he’s “still the a fuckin champ.”
“I’m ready to retire, I will retire. But presently it’s a little bit different, a bit more interesting,” he said to ESPN.
Ferguson is known to be a lightweight interim champion with an amazing 25-8 record. Ferguson since 2011 has fought exclusively in the UFC and he is considered as one of the top 155-pound fighters in the last decade.
He is married to Christina Servin, who filed a restraining order against Ferguson in late 2019. She said, ‘It was an attempt forward to his mental health help.’ Servin alleged he claimed to be tracked via a chip that was inserted into his body during the surgery. She dropped the restraining order the next month.
